We recently attended the Fire Australia 2024 conference on the Gold Coast, and had the chance to listen to Charley Fleischmann, Principal Research Engineer with UL’s Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI), UL speak about the dangers of modern fire.

He showed the following video to demonstrate the impact that modern, synthetic furnishings are having on fire safety. It's pretty frightening to think that you really only have a couple of minutes to get out now. Take a moment to watch this then tell as many people as you can. Most alarming!
